Manage all aspects of Client’s information technology (IT) assets, including:
- Develop and manage Client’s Internet assets, such as domain name(s), website(s) and email address(es)
- Domain Name Server (DNS), Operating System Internet Information Services (IIS), and Internet Domain Registrar Data
- Manage Client mail server, including establishing and maintaining Client email accounts, anti-spam facilities, anti-virus protections, and anti-hacker activities
- Develop and manage Internet promotions (e.g., 3rd level domains)
- Design, develop (code), test, deploy, and maintain custom commercial and technical website(s)
- Host email and website assets
- Develop and execute risk mitigation and adverse event recovery actions as required
- Develop and manage an integrated security program to protect mission-critical corporate and key personnel information technology (computer) resources
- Serve as primary Client POC for Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Manage Client data lines, including arrangements with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for installation, verification and periodic testing to ensure quality of service delivered
- Make or contribute to software, workstation, and server purchase decisions when required.
- Perform regular configuration management on all company computers to ensure software drive currency, patch installation, and other maintenance functions
